I mean who really likes Valentines day? If you are a guy you are pissed you have to buy an extra present besides b-day and Christmas present and spend that extra money. And not only do you have to buy the gift, you probably have to buy a card, candy and/or flowers to go along with it. If you are a single girl, this is probably your FAV NOT HOLIDAY! Reminds you that you are alone and the only person maybe sending you flowers is your dad. You maybe have a I hate V-Day party with your girls, have to many drinks and try and forget you are alone and go home with some hot or not hot stranger. So maybe single men are the only ones who benefit from this holiday they are probably like 50 times more likely to get a lonely chick to go home with them. HEADS UP, a V-Day one stand might turn out to be a pretty bad time to take a girl home...because in EVERY girls head this holiday means SOMETHING!! So she is for sure gonna want your number, she is for sure going to stalk you on facebook, she is for sure going to go back to the bar you met the next week, to see if you are there. So your best bet buy her some drinks, possible make-out sesh, but for your future stalker it's probably best if you let her go home alone.
For those in awesome relationships, well good for you! Hope you guys have a great v-day, great dinner, great love making, great days at work, no traffic, great nights sleep and everything is Peachy. No really some people just walk in the light. So enjoy it!
I remember in high school my boyfriend gave me socks and a tank top, I'm sure I asked for the tank top, but really socks??? What does that say about someone, do my feet stink, did I need to wear socks, maybe my feet were cold when we were cuddling? SOCKS ARE NEVER A GOOD PRESENT, unless they are from your parents. One year two of my girlfriends and I switched names and all sent the others flowers and wrote funny messages on the cards. That was pretty entertaining and probably one of the best Valentines Days. Also the only Flowers I have ever gotten have been from my DAD, who was my first Valentine and always will be. So I hope everyone else out there has a great dad that has sent them flowers on Valentines Day when you felt alone and that you were the only one without a boyfriend.
This year for me things are turning around, I might actually have a boyfriend, actually get a present, maybe some dinner and who knows what else. All I have to say is he can only go up from Flowers from your dad, socks & tank top and flowers from your secret admirer girlfriend.... not much to live up to.
So fellas out there show your ladies you love them and send them beautiful flowers TO WORK.....Yes we love flowers at the house, but what is the point if no one else sees them and gets to be jealous of what a great boyfriend/husband you are. So if you want the best points ever and most guaranteed to get some luvin', send FLOWERS TO WORK!!!! THE BIGGER THE BETTER! And all girls love FLOWERS, they are lying if they say they don't, unless you are poor and spending your last dime on Flowers, then just pick some from someone else's yard.
